The Queensland Fire and Rescue Services has provided an easy-to-read summary of your maintenance requirements.
The maintenance of fire equipment is divided into 4 points:
- Inspect - visual confirmation of status;
- Test - confirms correct function and performance;
- Prevent - minimise incidence of breakdown;
- Survey - identifies that the system has not been altered, damaged or compromised in any way.
The maintenance of all fire protection systems and equipment can only be conducted by a competent and licensed authority. Fire Boar is licensed to look after all your fire needs and our staff is fully trained and authorised to service, maintain and install fire systems.
Below are some of the systems we maintain. Contact one of our representatives to enquire about your specific needs.
